The purpose of this course is to provide opportunities for students to explore possible answers to the questions of "how to design an effective learning environment using ICT". This course will cover theories and models of teaching and learning, instructional design, multimedia, and informatics.Students in this class will conduct comprehensive reading of relevant literature, discuss cases from real practice, and engaged in developing authentic projects. Active participation in the class is highly expected.
